In addition to her clinical background, Marina has held leadership roles overseeing both clinical and operational aspects of medicine, including regulatory compliance, standards of care, workflow development, staff training, and practice management. This experience has provided valuable insight into not only patient care, but also the systems behind it—such as documentation practices, communication, billing, and coordination across teams. When she’s not working, you can find Marina spending time with her husband at a variety of their children’s athletic and music events, soaking up all the sun the Pacific Northwest has to offer, and chasing after their golden retriever.
